RightFax provides centralized administration tools that allow

FaxUtil
FaxUtil enables users to send, receive, view, edit and manage faxes
and electronic documents from any Windows desktop. Users can choose
to send documents in a variety of formats, including a fax TIFF
image or the native file type. You can also forward, route, print,
OCR and do many other things from within FaxUtil.

Server and Advanced Server (including support for Microsoft Cluster
Server, and supports Windows XP and Office XP platforms)
- Centralized fax mailbox to organize and manage documents with
real- time fax status and notifications
- Create personal and public phonebooks with groups and individuals
for both fax numbers and email addresses
- Send faxes and/or email documents to one or multiple recipients
with mixed recipient address formats

attach documents in native file formats

Enterprise Fax Manager
Enterprise Fax Manager (EFM) provide multiple-server administrative
features like tracking and managing the status of all RightFax servers
on a network. Enables least-cost routing, balance server workloads,
and manage prefix tables and user groups. You can manage users,
groups, signatures, forms, printers, billing codes, library documents,
and more, for all RightFax servers on your enterprise, right from
one EFM application.
- Provides a powerful multi-server management tool that can be
used locally and remotely for centralized administration of all
RightFax servers on the network
- Allows administrators to start and stop fax servers, individually
or globally
- Allows administrators to easily manage users, groups, signatures,
forms, printers, billing codes, library documents, and more, for

- Allows administrators to easily view server status of every
server with a click of a button
- Offers drag-and-drop control for copying users, groups, library

Rightfax fax reporter
RightFax Fax Reporter utility enables users to check fax volume
and run reports on user or department volume, either daily, weekly,
or monthly. Report types include: billing reports, destination reports,
usage reports, unhandled fax reports, and outbound fax reports.
Graphs can also be generated.
- Fax information reports on new or existing data sets
- Save data sets as MS Access (.mdb) files
- Export fax information to other file formats, including HTML,
TXT, RTF, CSV, XLS, E-mail and ODBC.
